• Early access signup: the email address you submit to join the waitlist, together with your site language preference.
• Contact: your name, email address and message content when you email us.
• Technical data: IP address, timestamps and browser information that may appear in server logs kept to run the site securely.

We do not collect payment information, government IDs or any special categories of data.

3. How We Use It

• To create and manage your early access registration,
• To contact you about the launch and early access process,
• To answer your questions and provide support,
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse,
• To comply with legal obligations.

We never sell or rent your email address, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. You can leave the list at any time by emailing info@winance.ai.

We currently use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Apart from strictly necessary technical storage, nothing is placed on your device. If this changes, this policy will be updated and your consent obtained where required.

6. Who We Share Data With & International Transfers

• Formspree, Inc. (USA): processes early access form submissions on our behalf. Your email address is transferred to and processed on Formspree infrastructure in the United States.
• Hosting providers: the infrastructure serving this site may keep technical logs.

Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on your consent and on our processors' safeguards for international transfers. We share data only as needed to operate the service or where required by law.

7. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. If you ask to leave the early access list, your email address is deleted within a reasonable period.

8. Your Rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• Confirm whether we process your data and give you access to it,
• Correct inaccurate data,
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten"),
